Order processing usually takes 1-3 business days for products to be packaged and shipped (excluding weekends or holidays).  We do our best to process orders as soon as possible, but please be advised that delays can occur.  

Shipping Options include:

• UPS ground 
• UPS 2nd day**
• UPS 3rd day**
• UPS NEXT DAY**
• UPS ground COLLECT (recipient's account number)
• HAND DEVLIERY to local freight/trucking companies.

All orders will be shipped via UPS GROUND, unless specified otherwise.  Payments for your orders will be processed with estimated shipping charges (unless you select UPS COLLECT or HAND DELIVERY options, in which case the shipping charges will be collected from you by the carrier), but the actual amount can ONLY be determined after the package is sealed and weighed.  To the extent there are any differences, shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.  **Charges for UPS 2nd day, UPS 3rd day and UPS NEXT DAY are significantly higher.  

If anything is missing from your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible, but in any event, no later than 3 days of receipt of your package.  If you do not contact us within that time, you will be deemed to have received all items in your order upon delivery.
